刪除帳戶 · Delete your account
在 App 內刪除（即時）
開啟 FLIP App → 「帳戶」分頁 → 「編輯個人檔案」→ 拉到最底選擇「刪除帳戶」。 確認後，你的帳戶會被永久刪除：個人檔案、金幣、已購買的路線、進度、相片、 日誌，以及任何未支付的創作者收益都會一併刪除，無法復原。
Delete in the app (instant)
Open the FLIP app → the Account tab → Edit profile → scroll to the bottom and choose “Delete account”. Once confirmed, your account is permanently deleted: profile, coins, purchased routes, progress, photos, journals, and any unpaid creator earnings are removed. This cannot be undone.

如你無法登入，可用註冊電郵寄信至 admin@flipthecity.tech，標題註明「刪除帳戶」，我們會在 30 天內處理。 If you can’t sign in, email us from your registered address with the subject “Delete account” and we’ll process it within 30 days.
刪除哪些資料 · What is deleted
帳戶資料（電郵、名稱、頭像）、應用內活動（購買紀錄、進度、日誌、貼文、留言） 與相片會被刪除。因法律或會計要求（例如已完成的付款紀錄），部分交易紀錄可能 須保留至法定年限。 Account data (email, name, avatar), in-app activity (purchases, progress, journals, posts, comments) and photos are deleted. Some transaction records may be retained where required by law (e.g. completed payment records) for the statutory period.
只想刪除部分資料（例如個別日誌、貼文或相片）？可在 App 內直接刪除該項目， 或電郵聯絡我們。 To delete only some data (a journal entry, post, or photo), delete it directly in the app or email us.
